Hi… Just thought I’d post to let people know that the white eep 900 is available from dabs.com and ebuyer.com in the UK, but this doesn’t seem to be an advertised fact. Dabs also appear to have an incoming delivery of black ones in the near future. I have my white eeepc 900 here now and it rocks. )

i am just curious, wht the heck is the difference between adaptor and power brick?

i have a laptop and it has a power brick but it doesn’t have an adaptor.

so what is the point for eee pc to replace the power brick with the adaptor? it still has a something big attach to the power core.

no way will they get 8 hours with a four cell, theyd have to use at least a six, which would make it heavy. even then i doubt they would get more than 5.

A battery life of 8 hrs would be nice, but that can not possibly be achieved by using Atom processors alone. A battery with much higher capacity would be needed also.
