For those wanting an extra slimline computer powered in the traditional Eee fashion, look no further. Asus will soon be unveiling the new EeeBox PC B208 nettop in the Eee range. The EeeBox PC B208, the successor to their EeeBox PC B206 brings with it an array of interesting hardware.
The EeeBox PC B208 is said to come with the dual core Intel Atom 330 clocked at 1.6Ghz, 2Gb RAM, offering between 160,250 and 320GB of storage and comes default with Windows Vista Home Basic Edition. It will also boast the ATI Radeon HD 4530 graphics card along with all the usual great features we have come to expect from the Asus Eee range including brilliant wireless support, gigabit LAN and low power demands, running on only 20 Watts.
Asus have yet to reveal any pricing or availability information regarding the EeeBox PC B208. Speculation has already begun on the forum with many Eee fans quite keen on further developments, accompanied by rumours of a June release.

I’ve been looking for a B204 or B206 with the improved video adapter over the B202, and they’re coming out with a B208?
If I can get a low-power consumption Atom CPU with a half decent (or at least better than Intel 950 GMA) video adapter, I’d buy it.
