Asus are set to launch a new “Go” netbook which will feature 3G support. The Asus Eee PC 1005HGO is basically a clone of the 1005HA with the added benefit of including a 3G modem. Beyond that, it still carries the trademark specifications of 1.66Ghz Intel Atom processor, 10.1 inch display, 802.11b/g/n wireless, bluetooth, plenty of storage and 1GB of memory.
Another new “Go” netbook is the 1101HGO which is the 3G-enabled version of the recently released 1101HA Eee PC. It shares the same EM770 HUAWEI 3G modem, like the above 1005HGO but is otherwise exactly the same as the 1101HA. It carries with it 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 and the Intel Atom 1.3Ghz Z520 processor.
Pricing and availability are not known at this time.
